Our main bathroom needed a complete renovation as it was outdated and tired looking. We obtained a number of quotes and decided to choose Rick. This was the best decision we could have made.

A complete renovation felt daunting, especially as this was something we had never done. Once the work commenced we felt at ease. Rick has assembled a number of trades for his business. All the tradesmen were punctual, respectful, friendly and very efficient and we were amazed at how quickly the work progressed. Each step of the renovation was always clearly explained by Rick.

The bathroom was completed in a little over two weeks and we are delighted and impressed with the finished product. The whole process was a seamless operation and this is a credit to Rick who worked very hard to align each stage of the renovation. Rick’s affable nature makes him easy to liaise with and, as with the other tradesmen, he took the time to answer our numerous questions. We relied on Rick for ideas and these were suggested and never forced.

We can really say the bathroom renovation was a pleasant experience for us and we would highly recommend Rick. I would do it all again tomorrow!

Fastidious is a word you do not hear very much anymore. However, whenever I walk into either of the two bathrooms that Rick and his team have completed, that is the word that comes to mind. That word applies to every single aspect of the work. Every day the house was left in a clean condition and Rick went out of his way to ensure that all of his tradesmen left our home in the same way. I could not recommend Rick and his team more highly. His quote was very competitive and given the standard of work that he produced, I would have happily paid more.
